Dag Heward-Mills, a Healing Evangelist is the founder and presiding bishop of the United Denominations Originating from the Lighthouse Group of Churches (UD-OLGC, formerly Lighthouse Chapel International).
A qualified medical doctor, Dag gave himself wholly to the work of God in 1991 and has never looked back. Dag Heward-Mills has a multifarious ministry that has transformed and continues to impact millions of lives across the globe.
Bishop Dag Heward-Mills was born into a noble family by Nathaniel Heward-Mills and Elizabeth Heward-Mills on 14th May 1963, London.
Later as years slide, the family relocated to Ghana. Bishop furthered his studies at the University of Ghana (UG). At LEGON, he attended the Medical school in the University of Ghana. In the year 1986, he graduated with a good class.
Aside from being a church leader, Bishop Dag Heward-Mills is also a well-known writer and one of the best-selling authors in the Christian world today.

The Bishop’s vision to encourage as many of his members as possible to work for his church is reflected today in the many camps he holds across the world. These camps have seen the birth of many "missionaries", who made several sacrifices including giving up their jobs and livelihood and relocating themselves to different countries to start branches of LCI. Heward-Mills records the messages preached at these "camps" and offers them for sale in a compilation he calls "the Machaneh"
